Consultation and support to derive requirements for the development of your next generation production machine that integrates aviation qualification requirements (machine features).


Includes:​

  • Assessment of the machine features using specialized Aviation Industry knowledge

  • Gap-Analysis of the current machine features

  • Support to define Specification Points for the next machine generation

  • Review of machine prototype and final machine design

  • Participation in Engineering meetings:

    • Kick-/off Initial Technical Coordination Meeting (ITCM) 

    • Preliminary Design Review (PDR)

    • Design Freeze Review (DFR)

    • Project Completion Meeting

Machine Qualification

Machine Qualification at Facility

(Product: MQS-QM)

​

​

Qualification of one machine type within your facility under the approved AAMC Aviation Quality Management System.


Includes:

  • Support to set up a dedicated Aviation-certified production space at an internal or external location, in accordance with Aviation certification requirements and the installation conditions of the production system.

  • Integration of the production space and machine into The Aviation AM Centre's EASA Production Approval, including extension of the AAMC-QMS with its production processes and authorized personnel.

  • Adaptation and Audit of your QMS and facility to comply with AAMC's certified Quality Management System, including material management, qualified personnel and quality assurance processes.

  • Development of a suitable Machine Qualification Program (e.g. machine functional test geometries).

  • Demonstration of an exemplary production order under AAMC's Aviation QMS

This service aims to qualify your machine under AAMC's Quality Management System.
Project duration is 4-9 months, depending on facility readiness

Certification Audit at Facility

Audit of your facility and relevant QM-System elements against current EASA Part-21/G regulation to obtain a Supplier Qualification Approval under AAMC's Aviation Quality Management System

Audit by AAMC's experts, including issuance of audit report with findings and proposed remedial actions

Project duration is dependent on availability and readiness of the facility, staff availability, and Aviation Authority personnel availability for audits.

​

​

This service aims to qualify your facility & machine under AAMC'S Quality Management System and to produce a certified aviation part in accordance with Aviation regulation and obtain the capability to issue parts with an EASA Form 1 Airworthiness Release Certificate.
